Argus Operations Group was not formed to compete in the security industry; it was built to define it. Founded by a leadership team with deep roots in military and law enforcement, we recognized a critical failure in private protection: the reliance on presence over posture. Most firms fill posts with warm bodies; we fill them with vetted professionals who understand the nuance of discreet authority. Our story is one of operational integrity, starting long before we were hired for our first contract. We built our standards in the field, refined them through miles of perimeter patrols and hundreds of high-stakes deployments, and crystallized them into a firm that New Mexico trusts to protect its most critical assets. We are built for those who understand that in security, there is no room for the minimum.

Crystal Borrecco
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Majority owner and chief executive, leading Argus’s business operations as a certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Crystal oversees the administrative, financial, and compliance backbone of the company, the systems that keep every officer paid, insured, licensed, and accountable.
Michael Borrecco
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
A military veteran and prior law enforcement professional with a career spanning patrol, corrections, special weapons and tactics, and criminal investigations, along with extensive private-sector security experience. Michael has held leadership and instructor positions throughout his career. At Argus, he leads field operations and training: officer selection, doctrine, and the written standard every post runs on. NM RLD-licensed Private Patrol Operator, Private Investigator, and Certified Instructor, Levels 1 to 3.
